[Openvpn-users] openvpn.exe and the use as a Service (under Windows 2000 Professional)

Hi folks,

I use OpenVPN 2.0-beta7 and might use single configurations from the
config directory with the service manager of Windows.
Now I have the problem which serves the OpenVPN service
(openvpnserv.exe) as a Wrapper for _all_ configurations what is not my
purpose. If I have adoptedly 3 configuration files, only 2 should be
begun determined always and other only now and again.

Now I have attempted to solve this with "openvpn.exe". I used 'Service
Creation Wizard ' (srvinstw.exe from Microsoft) to create a service with
openvpn.exe. If I want to begin, however, I get only the error message
that the service did not answer in time or with wrong values.
Now I could extend openvpn.exe in this respect around these functions
what would harm the GPL then, because I can perform the changes only in
the binary file (likewise with a tool of Microsoft (srvany.exe from the
Resource Kit from Windows 2000 professional))

Maybe exists the possibility which is provided another binary file which
enables to assume a configuration file as a parameter and itself under
Windows 2000 and Windows XP as a service allows to be of use.

However, maybe somebody is also known another possibility to solve
this problem. I am open there for everything. ;)

I already thank beforehand for all answers.

PS.: Sorry for my broken English...i hope i have explained me right.

Mit freundlichen Gruessen/Best Regards Oliver Beck
