Why not just write it to a program (any program can be specified) in an EASY TO USE FORMAT (perhaps using % tokens) that then does whatever it wants with the information. I'm absolutely disgusted that more and more programs feel the need to build in support for databases (never just one, but never the one you use), ldap, and everything else under the sun.
