[Openvpn-users] 2.0_beta2 for windows says it can not find the configuration file, but it is there

C:\Program Files\OpenVPN>openvpn --verb 0 --config sample.ovpn

le.ovpn: The system cannot find the file specified.   (errno=2)
Tue Jun 01 11:32:24 2004 Exiting


But the file is there. I even tried giving it the full path, still it 
wasnt there.
it didnt matter which verb number i wrote.
