[Openvpn-users] TUN Mac OSX success stories

Has anyone gotten Mac OSX (10.3) working w/ OpenVPN, tunnel style?

For some CRIMINAL reason, Apple did not include a tun driver!! I thought
Darwin was FreeBSD-based??... Anyway, I was able to find a driver that had
been worked on at one time:

  "http://chrisp.de/en/projects/tunnel.html";

but I think there might be a memory leak somewhere because when I get it
up and running w/ openvpn, the whole system crashes when I try downloading
(or streaming) something of any substance, like an ISO image, Quicktime
stream, etc. It also makes you wonder when they say unloading the kernel
module can cause a kernel crash/panic... heh.

As I don't currently have a Mac I can spend a lot of time on to track down
this issues myself, I would love to hear any Mac 10.3 openvpn tun success
stories out there! :) [no, tap is not an option]

Thanks.

-Adam
