[Openvpn-users] real and virtual ip conflict

Hi

If I have setup where I want to use bridged connections and "server" side is having public addresses (with 2.0-testsomething). Easiest solution would be to define ip pool to have those public addresses and netmask - this however turns to be conflicting situation (because gateway has ip inside of that network). In 1.5 I did that by using separate route script that would set up the route for gw address automatically. I know the message openvpn displays is only a warning but I'm asking if openvpn could handle this situation automatically and place that route command? afaik there should be no caveats and it would simplify configuration a bit. (don't know if redirect-gateway would help but I don't want to route all traffic through that tunnel).

I'm not sure if this could be done via push route - i think not because client needs to route gw address through it's existing default route.

Thanks in advance.
Miika
