Hi! The 13th sheet says that "TCP is an application protocol" and that "HTML is a TCP protocol". I think TCP is a transport layer protocol, and HTML an aplication protocol, and has nothing to do with TCP, besides residing over it on the stack. Besides: A really good one! Have looking for something like it for a while! Is there a link to it on the openVPN web site? I think it is an expectacular explanation of the whole thing, and should be the first document we all read before starting using openVPN. Regards.
