I wasn't asking about it, I was insinuating that the user-space
functionality of OpenVPN is what some people may desire in lieue of the
kernel-level (read: more difficult and requiring higher system-level
privileges) IPSEC functionality in OpenBSD. While it too is excellent,
they are two different items with oftentimes two different areas of appeal.
