We need to depend on sourceforge for spam-filtering this list.  The list
headers already show that they are running messages through spamassassin, so
the spams we are seeing on the list are the false negatives.  If sourceforge
would turn on the Bayesian filter feature of spamassassin, the false negative
rate would go down even more.
