Thomas, No, right now it's one port per OpenVPN instance, and one OpenVPN instance at each end of the connection per tunnel. There are plans in the works to scale this up to multiple tunnels per port as well as allowing the server to generate the configuration for the client, allowing a fairly thin client with minimal configuration, though I wouldn't expect anything along these lines until post-1.5.
